Started studying at the well-respected American Film Institute (AFI), after attending Dennis Polar gained extensive multimedia business and creative experience in the area of marketing, sales, development, and acquisition.
He is the founder of Loz Dos and brings his extensive background in financing package. Mr. Polar has developed brand recognition and product placements for feature films and television programs such as; American Gangster, Oceans Twelve, The Inside Man, The End Game, The Da Vinci Code, Spiderman 3, The Astronaut Farmer, Commander In Chief, Desperate Housewives, How I Met Your Mother, Ghost Whisperer, The Sopranos, Alias, Las Vegas, She Spies, Fast Lane, Good Morning Miami, Once and Again, Law & Order, The Practice, and much more.

Jose is a proud advocate in promoting positive lead roles in the entertainment industry for Women and Hispanic-American Latinx artists. Member of the Producers Guild of America, representing professional commercial and film producers in the United States, Jose has worked in advertising and marketing for over 20 years within new media and has produced over 6000 online business web commercial advertisements worldwide.
He has been in the entertainment industry since the 90’s starting as an aspiring SAG actor and later received a degree in Video Production and Digital Media to transition into film and production full time. Combined with his background in Marketing, Advertising and Computer Information Systems, this gives him the rare combination of a producer’s creative vision with an executive’s savvy and business acumen for Loz Dos.

ChanChi is Vice President of investor relationships, she has worked as a seasoned executive recruiter in Silicon Valley, which brings her savvy executive success in business to the entertainment industry. Before there was Facebook, Snapchat, Youtube.com, she owned a yoga studio in Agoura Hills, CA and was one of the first celebrity yoga instructors sought after by top executives and celebrities alike.
She was named Co-Chairman of the Hollywood Film Festival in 2016 along with Jerry Katell for their contributions toward the success of the film festival. ChanChi enjoys the Art of Negotiation and working behind the scenes as a creative producer. With this executive ability to form film and TV related business relationships, it provides additional opportunities for Loz Dos to continue expanding our Latinx and minority film and series production capabilities.
Raven Armando Astone
Talent Relations & Creative Director
A rising and accomplished Italian and Brazilian action star and black belt in
multiple martial art styles, He has trained under stunt director Art Camacho and Grand Master Byung Ho Choi. Raven studied acting at The Acting Corps, famous for training talents such as Eminem, Leonardo DiCaprio, Claire Danes, Tobey Maguire and Margaret Cho. And has studied at the Studio School Los Angeles.
Raven was very honored to be chosen to do the Global Campaign shoot forJohn Wick 3 as John Wick Body Double. Raven’s latest film called No Man’s Land was number one, selling on amazon for ten days in a row. Having obtained a bachelor’s degree in film, and having the experience of producing a variety of independent film projects, as well as his talent as a professional stunt coordinator, his skills and talent continue to contribute greatly to the writing and production of content created and produced by Loz Dos.
Board Member – Consultant Producer
Mr. Cowings co-created the Mentorship Program for the State of California. As a co-founding member of the Mentorship Program, his duties included public speaking for the State of California. Everett Cowings addressed the issues of disadvantaged and minority students, including students with disabilities. The Mentorship Program created hundreds of full-time and part-time student jobs. Mr. Cowings was partially responsible for sending thousands of students to the college of their choice across America.
Mr. Cowings sat on the Board of Directors for the multi-million dollar non-profit corporation, Community Counseling Service Inc., and the United Friends of the Children, which helps foster children through adulthood and college.
Mr. Cowings currently serves as CEO of Continuous LLC and President of the Board of Directors for the Agape Corporation. The Agape Corporation is a multi-million dollar non-profit that owns and operates two Charter high schools, one middle school, an elementary school, and an accredited junior college and vocational college. Some of Everett Cowings’ other business accolades consist of owning and overseeing successful entertainment companies and international companies in Asia.
